This book is great and focuses on recipes that are simply incredible and not all that hard to create. When they designed the book, they designed it with the idea that amateur cooks (Household) would be preparing the items most of the time.
So many great ideas and great recipes to choose from and they are recipes from all over the world.
I know they have published it in Spanish as I was lucky enough to recieve a copy at a food tasting, but It doesn't appear available on Amazon yet.
Great illustration and nice color pictures. Truly professional!
