(More customer reviews)My wife and I have dined at Schmacher's Hotel many times for over 20 years. I bought the cookbook when it was first released and have used it so much my copy is worn out. Now, my 25 year old son wants a copy but it is out of print and I'm trying to find one for him.
The recipes in this book are structurally sound and depend on all fresh, homemade components. There are dozens of great dishes I've cooked for years.
