One of most important aspects are their estimates of the funds needed. Of course, the exact amounts are going to vary from each person, but this book does a great job of giving you idea of "ballpark" numbers. A lot of the book won't apply to everyone since it breaks down the different types of restaurant but like I mentioned earlier, it's a good starting point. I personally found it to be very useful and brings of very good tips and insight on some of the differences between a good and bad restaurant. Overall, I strongly recommend this book to anyone who is in the beginning stages of wanting to open a restaurant.
