I'm coming from a no background of franchising,im happy to get the book and it sure helps me alot.I get to see the picture where Franchise is coming from. And the book do share alot of information, on how to start franchising. Why did I buy the book ? It is because i want to know in more details what is Franchise? and Im trying to start one in our Company if i can. But of cause Franchise is not an easy job to start with and also not an easy thing to do if you don't have enough team or people to work with.
But in our Company ,we have already build a system. So its the people part,will make us abit delay to start a Franchise. So what I learnt from the book is that Franchise you have to start it one by one and follow the flow with the suitable system for your own Company.
With some Examples in the book, I figured out that we have some of them already , just the time and right people to start with in another country.Ive been in a Food Industry for almost 6 years, its a tough job and we have to do alot of proper procedure to start with to make the Food Industry a SUCCESSFUL Journey...and the Company i'm working for is already been there for 15 years now.
I would like to thanks to the Editor of the book...and i enjoyed reading them...but i would like it in more details if possibly can for my good practice.
I recommend to those who wants to start a FRANCHISE to do alot of research and also seek some help from the experts. We can do , if we are willing to do it :)
