(More customer reviews)I'm not sure this book was worth nearly US$30 as it did not use name hotel cases and the cases were sparse on details. It did however leave the impression that the day to day operations require military discipline and for the not particularly well-paid employees who give it their all, every problem could potentially cost them their job. I did gather that hotel laundry lands on the floor after it is clean from one case study. I think the issue of laundry is such that there ought to be a nearby laundromat if not an actual washer dryer in pricier suites. I know that further along the learning curve, the first thing we did was locate a 24 hour convenience store with similar supplies as the minibar and a nearby laundry facility.
